Processing time

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. In-stock items may ship as soon as the next business day. Made-to-order and restocking items take longer.

Delivery time

Total delivery time is usually 1–30 days depending on destination, carrier and customs. Tracking is provided once the parcel leaves our facility.

Packaging

Every glass and porcelain piece ships inside custom EPE foam protection. Please keep the original packaging until you have inspected the product.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery, depending on your country.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.
