Shipping and delivery

Orders usually arrive within 1–30 days. In-stock items may ship as soon as the next business day. Delivery estimates can vary by destination and carrier.

Damage on arrival

Record one continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through product inspection. If seller-caused damage is verified, WANCASA provides one free replacement.

Returns and exchanges

Because these are limited, fragile goods, non-quality returns and exchanges are not accepted. Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be replaced or refunded.
