When will my order ship?
In-stock orders may ship the next business day. Total delivery time is usually 1–30 days, depending on destination and carrier.
What comes in a D Mug gift set?
Every gift set contains the Glass D Mug, a silicone ice tray, a cleaning brush, and protective EPE foam packaging.
What’s the difference between Clear and Frosted?
Clear is brilliant glass with maximum detail. Frosted is soft matte glass with a quieter surface. They are sold as two separate products, each with its own page.
What are the size and care details?
High-borosilicate glass, 800 ml. Hand wash is recommended; the included brush reaches the sculptural handle.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Record one continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through inspection. If seller-caused damage is verified, we provide one free replacement.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because these are limited, fragile goods, non-quality returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Do I really need an unboxing video?
Yes. Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be replaced or refunded.
